Job description

  • Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.

  • Perform all services as an employee in addition to managerial responsibilities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure the employees also provide the same level of service.
  • Schedule the employees as per schedule document and not exceed 40 hrs. per week
  • Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Report the employees’ pay roll hours every week before Wednesday noon.
  • Update schedule on Salon Booker
  • Ensure that employees Clock-In & Clock-Out on Salon Booker during their shifts
  • Maintain store discipline.
  • Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
  • Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
  • Maintain store supplies.
  • Coordinate with marketing team to run promotions, happy hour deals, posters etc.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Achieve the Sales Target every month.
