  • Manages Miracle Eyebrows Inc. stores in Columbus Region
  • Supervision – Make sure the employees they supervise are managing their operations efficiently and effectively
  • Special Promotions – Location managers are responsible for getting the word out to employees about promotions and other special activities
  • Recruiting/Hiring – Location managers are actively involved in hiring and recruiting the right personnel for the various stores, which include hiring managers by coordinating with HR team. Location managers have the responsibility of motivating, training and coaching employees and also making sure the managers provide proper training and coaching to their associates.
  • Budgets – Ultimately, the responsibility for sales, expenses, budgets, accounting and merchandising fall within the district manager’s realm of supervision.
  • Profitability – Location managers have to make sure all stores are profitable. Reports and records have to be monitored to make sure everyone is in compliance.
  • Achieve the sales target proposing by the Head Office on time to time.
  • Marketing/Advertising – Location managers have to make sure there is adequate marketing and advertising for the entire store under his control. Generating sales and revenue is a primary duty of a Location manager
  • Scheduling – Prepare schedules for the stores and post in the stores
  • Cash Deposits– Pick up envelopes on every 1st and 16th of the month and deposit cash in related bank account.
  • Services/Policy Implementation – Work with the HR Team on the service or policy implementation
  • Maintenance– Work with Operations/Maintenance Manager to fix any maintenance issues at stores
  • Inventory – Order the inventory for the stores
  • Quality Control– Ensure the quality control of food, hygiene and city code for health inspections
  • Dress Code – Ensure the dress code policy at stores
  • Sales Report – Create Sales report for the business sales.
